Meet the Owner

Carol Apple, Supervising CAM & Owner/Operator

Carol has over 20 years experience with all types of property management ranging from multi-family, condo, single family residential, portfolio, onsite and high rise.   


Carol has served on the Board of Director’s for her own home for a number of years and understands both the Board perspective as well as the managers perspective, which she feels helps her to best empathize and serve her clients best. She knows that your home is important to you and it is equally important to her. she is a jill-of-all-trades and can help you manage anything from common area maintenance and day to day management of the associations affairs to bookkeeping and legal compliance!


Carol has been in Las Vegas since 1985 and has watched the city grow and has raised 2 wonderful children here.

Carol is an avid Vegas Golden Knights fan Go Knights Go!
